Scope and provider
These terms and conditions apply to all orders submitted via the webshop www.epoxy-shop.com to Mim Marine- und Industriemontage GmbH - hereinafter referred to as Epoxy Webshop.

Prices
The prices quoted on the product pages may be displayed without or including VAT, depending on the setting.
Other price components are plus freight and packaging costs (see shipping information).
contract
The Epoxy Webshop is hosted by hosteurope.de, but your contractual partner is exclusively the MIM Marine- und Industriemontage GmbH.
The product presentations in the Epoxy Webshop serve to submit a purchase offer. By clicking on the order button [Complete order] you submit a binding offer to buy.
We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days. The confirmation of the receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the purchase offer.
Should our order confirmation contain typographical or printing errors or should our pricing be based on transmission errors due to technical reasons, we are entitled to contest, whereby we must prove our mistake. Already made payments will be refunded immediately.
Payment
The following payment methods are possible in the Epoxy Webshop:

- Bank Transfer
- Internet banking (Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank)
- bill
As soon as we can confirm the receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the e-mail address you specified and activate the delivery process (see shipping information).
This process can take up to 10 days for bank transfer and internet banking.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Shipping Information
Goods, which were ordered by private customers without discount agreement over the Epoxy Webshop, within Germany by UPS up to 20 kg are sent with costs.
Shipping costs by UPS 23.50 € per delivery.
Shipments to PO boxes and general delivery are not possible.
The delivery time is usually 3-5 days and refers to the time from which we can confirm the receipt of payment of the order (see payment).
The freight costs for customers depend on the weight, the volume of the recipient address and the dangerous goods class of the ordered goods:
21-100 kg = EUR 125
101-200 kg = EUR 137
201-500 kg = EUR 260
More than 500 kg = EUR 450
The goods can be picked up on request in our shop.
transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain such errors immediately to the deliverer, and please contact us as soon as possible.
The failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, they help us claim our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
Withdrawal
You can revoke your contract within 30 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods.
The period begins after receipt of this instruction, but not before receipt of the goods. In order to maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient.

In the case of an effective cancellation, the services received on both sides must be returned and, if applicable, any benefits derived (eg interest) must be surrendered.
If you can not give us back the received performance in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you have to pay us compensation for the value.
With the release of things this does not apply if the deterioration of the thing solely on their examination - as it would have been possible for you in the store - is due.
Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for the deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the object as your own property and refraining from doing anything that impairs its value.
You have to bear the costs of the return, if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.
Non-parcels are picked up at your place.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the thing, for us with their receipt.
warranty
The warranty is subject to legal regulations. For all defects occurring during the statutory warranty period of two years from the date of delivery, you have the statutory right to supplementary performance and the statutory rights to reduction or cancellation as well as damages.
We assume no liability for damages and defects resulting from improper use, operation and storage, negligent or incorrect care and maintenance, overuse or improper repair by an unauthorized service partner.
If you require a repair or replacement of a defective product, please return the product along with a copy of your invoice.

jurisdiction
If the customer is a merchant or does not reside within the European Union, our place of business shall be the sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes between the contracting parties, including bill of exchange and check claims.
German law applies exclusively, excluding the provisions of the UN Sales Convention. In the case of consumer traffic within the European Union, the law applicable to the place of residence of the final consumer may also apply, provided that these are mandatory consumer provisions.

We use your inventory data exclusively for processing your order. All customer data is stored and processed by us in compliance with the relevant regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).

You have the right to free information, correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data at any time. Please contact E-Mail or send us your request by mail or fax.
Transfer to third parties
In principle, we do not pass on your personal data including your house address and e-mail address to third parties without your explicit and revocable consent. This does not apply to our service partners who require the transmission of data for order processing (for example, the shipping company responsible for the delivery and the bank responsible for processing the payment). In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the minimum required.
final provisions
Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the contract remains otherwise valid. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions apply.
